In situ Mössbauer spectroscopic investigation of iron-oxide based water-gas shift catalysts

Abstract

Iron oxide based catalysts have been studied under reaction conditions by Mössbauer spectroscopy. The parameters of the Mössbauer spectra and the phase composition have been determined in different reaction media and at various temperatures. These data are related to the cation distribution on the main phase-magnetite.
