Determination of excess of zinc in ZnS above the stoichiometric composition

Abstract

It was shown directly by chemical experiments that zinc sulfide crystals grown at high temperatures usually contain zinc in amounts above that required by the stoichiometric composition, and very pure specimens may contain no less than 1017 atoms/cm3.
