Conclusions

  1. 1.

Dipeptides of sarcolysine and DL-2-aminobutyric acid were synthesized in which the sarcolysine was either the N-end of the C-end amino acid and contained a free or formylated amino group.

  2. 2.

In the case of N-end sarcolysine the ethyl ester of the dipeptide with a free amino group was prepared.
