Production of nuclei from ammonia and nitric acid

  • Published:
Geofisica pura e applicata Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Summary

The size and charge distribution of nuclei obtained by passing air over ammonia and nitric acid are examined. In agreement with McHenry it was found that the average radius is less than 1.0×10−6 cm. The heterogeneity of the nuclei is discussed.
