Zusammenfassung

Eine Reihe von Acridinen wurde auf ihre Hemmung der RNS-Synthese intakter Zellen und isolierter Kerne untersucht. In Kernen wurden ähnliche Hemmungsverhältnisse gefunden wie in Bakterien, während in intakten Zellen die Reihenfolge der Stärke der Hemmwirkungen sehr verschieden ist.
