Zusammenfassung

Drei Stunden nach i.v.-Gabe an Kaninchen ist das Antigen Meerrettich Peroxydase extrazellulär in den Marksträngen der Lymphknoten und der roten Pulpa der Milz elektronenmikroskopisch nachweisbar. Das unveränderte Antigen steht damit noch zu dieser Zeit in direktem Kontakt mit der Zellmembran der lymphoiden Zellen.
