Résumé
Les auteurs ont effectué de nouvelles préparations chimiques anticancéreuses en utilisant une forme des agents alkylants déactivés du type moutarde nitrogénée quaternaire. Un mode d'action est proposé par lequel ces préparations peuvent être activées in vivo.
