Quantum electrodynamics is both the most successful, in terms of numerical prediction, of physical theories and also the only relativistic quantum field theory of proven application to elementary particle physics. This book covers most of the standard development of the theory, with a bias to functional methods, but from a rather old fashioned point of view although dimensional regularization is used.
