Abstract

The data on J/ψγK+K from the BES experiment at the Beijing electron-positron collider have been analyzed. We find two resonances in the 1.7 GeV region which were identified as fJ(1710): a scalar with mass 1781±831+10(MeV) and width 85±2419+22(MeV), and a tensor with mass 1696±534+9(MeV) and width 103±1811+30(MeV). The resulting branching ratios B(J/ψγfJ)B(fJK+K) are ( 0.8±0.10.1+0.3)104 for J=0 and ( 2.5±0.40.4+0.9)104 for J=2, respectively.
