VIIRS Product Aggregation and PackagingAreas where the end-users can help define the Visible/Infrared Imager Radiometer Suite (VIIRS) products distributed by NOAA include: temporal aggregation, band packaging, and gelolocation packaging. Proposals in these areas are presented along with background information, advantages and disadvantates of each proposal. The proposals are based on experience with NASA EOS missions and programs (MODIS and SeaWIFS).
