Abstract
THE occurrence of at least one acid mucopolysaccharide in normal urine has repeatedly been reported1–3. It was found by various authors1–3 to behave chromatographically and electrophoretically like chondroitin sulphate A. Separation and staining, however, were unsatisfactory.
