Abstract
DURING investigations in this laboratory it was noticed that the distribution of cholinesterase within the fowl kidney was not uniform. The following observations are recorded in view of the sparse information regarding cholinesterases in the bird. The nomenclature of Augustinsson and Nachmansohn1 is used throughout.
