Zusammenfassung

Eine Methode zur Bestimmung von Phenytoin, Phénobarbital, Methylphenobarbital und Barbexaclon im Serum wurde beschrieben. Zur Analyse wurde die Gas-Flüssigkeits-Chromatographie herangezogen. Nach Extraktion der organischen Substanzen aus dem Serum werden diese mit Hilfe der „on-column”-Derivatisierung im Gaschromatographen umgesetzt und durch temperaturprogrammierte Arbeitsweise getrennt.

Summary

Gas-liquid chromatography was used for analysis. After extraction of the organic substances from the serum, these are converted using “on column” derivatization in gas chromatographs and separated by a temperature-program procedure.
