High Resolution Proton Magnetic Resonance Studies of Fully Deuterated and Isotope Hybrid Proteins

Abstract

Incorporation of 1H-amino-acids into a fully deuterated protein simplifies the application of nuclear magnetic resonance to the elucidation of secondary and tertiary structure.
