Non-crystallographic symmetry invariant phases

There is a simple way to apply non-crystallographic symmetry during the course of crystallographic coordinate refinement or structure determination by molecular replacement. A phase set is generated from the molecular coordinates which is invariant with respect to the non-crystallographic symmetry.
