Zusammenfassung
Ratten und Mäusen wurde H-3-Leucin, H-3-Phenylalanin, H-3-Uridin oder H-3-Cytidin injiziert. Nach 5 min und 10 min wurden die Tiere getötet. Mit der Methode der Autoradiographie wurde dann die H-3-Inkorporation in Eiweiß und Ribonucleinsäuren von Darm- und Leberepithelien während der verschiedenen Stadien der Mitose untersucht.
Die RNS-Neubildung des Kerns sinkt in der Prophase stark ab und hat in Meta- und Anaphase den kleinsten Wert. In diesen Stadien synthetisiert der Kern 10–20mal weniger RNS als bei Ruhezellen. Erst im Verlauf der Telophase erreicht die RNS-Neubildung des Kerns wieder die Größe der Kerne von Interphasen. Im Cytoplasma ist während der Mitose genau wie bei Ruhezellen nahezu keine RNS-Synthese nachweisbar.
Die Größe der Eiweißneubildung des Kerns verhält sich während der Mitose ähnlich wie die RNS-Synthese, nur ist das Minimum in Meta- und Anaphase nicht so ausgeprägt. Die cytoplasmatische Eiweißneubildung ist während der Mitose deutlich geringer als bei Ruhezellen.
