Zusammenfassung
Die Proben werden verascht, der Rückstand mit Salzsäure/Salpetersäure behandelt, mit konz. Salzsäure eingedampft, in 0,1 N Salzsäure aufgenommen, filtriert, die Pyrrolidindithiocarbamidatkomplexe von Cu und Co mit MIBK extrahiert und der Messung durch Atomabsorptionsspektrometrie zugeführt. Empfindlichkeit und Genauigkeit des Verfahrens sind zufriedenstellend.
Summary
A method is described for the determination of cobalt and copper in animal feeds. The samples were ashed in a muffle furnace, the residues treated with mixed hydrochloric and nitric acids, evaporated twice with conc. hydrochloric acid, the residue dissolved in 0.1 N HCl and filtered. Cobalt and copper pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate complexes were extracted into MIBK and were measured by atomic absorption spectroscopy. The sensitivity and precision are sufficient.
