Zusammenfassung

Die Reaktion von (-)-2-Hydroxypinocamphon (I) mit wasserfreier Oxalsäure in Aceton liefert (-)-Dihydro-β-campholenolakton (IIa). Die Stereochemie liess sich durch NMR-, ORD- und CD-Spektren bestimmen. Es wird ein Reaktionsmechanismus diskutiert.
