Summary

During a chronic lead intoxication of the white rat, intranuclear inclusions appear in the convoluted tubules of the kidney. Following the administration of H3-cytidine and H3-l-phenylalanine in direct intranuclear inclusions an incorporation of the precursors cannot be observed at all by autoradiography.
