Zusammenfassung

Benactyzin in Dosen 50–200 mg löste bei 7 Versuchspersonen experimentelle Psychose mit gleichzeitiger Herabsetzung von 5-Hydroxyindolylessigsäure im Harn aus. Die psychotogene Wirkung wird mit dem Eingriff in den Serotonin- und Acetylcholinmetabolismus erklärt.
