Zusammenfassung

Die Umsetzung zwischen Ammoniak und Formaldehyd eignet sich auch zur quantitativen Bestimmung des Ammoniaks ohne Destillation in Ab- und Drainagewässern. Die Werte werden allerdings nur dann zufriedenstellend, wenn nach der angegebenen Methode die störende Kohlensäure entfernt wird.

Summary

The reaction between ammonia and formaldehyde is also suitable for the determination of ammonia in effluents and waste water without previous distillation. In order to obtain satisfactory results it is, however, necessary to remove the interfering carbon dioxide by the method described in the text.

La réaction entre l'ammoniaque et le formaldéhyde est apte à la détermination quantitative de l'ammoniaque sans distillation dans des eaux industrielles et dans des eaux de drainage. Les valeurs obtenues sont satisfaisantes seulement en travaillant suivant la méthode, développée ci-dessus, en enlevant le dioxyde de carbone, qui entrave.
