    Single dose pharmacokinetics of fenspiride hydrochloride: phase I clinical trial (1993)

    Notes: Summary The absolute bioavailability of fenspiride has been studied in twelve healthy volunteers. It was administered IV and orally in single doses of 80 mg fenspiride hydrochloride according to a randomised crossover pattern. Following IV administration, the plasma clearance of fenspiride was about 184 ml·min−1, and its apparent volume of distribution was moderately large (2151). When given orally as a tablet, fenspiride exhibited fairly slow ab- sorption; the maximum plasma concentration (206 ng·ml−1) was achieved 6 h after administration. The absolute bioavailability was almost complete (90%). The tablet had slow release characteristics. The elimination half-life obtained from the plasma data was 14 to 16 h independent of the route of administration.

    Notes: Zusammenfassung In Übereinstimmung mit F. M. Walters finden wir im Co-Bogenspektrrm geradzahlige Struktur. — Es werden Dublett-, Quartett-, Sextetterme nachgewiesen. Der Grundterm ist ein f-Term des Quartettsystems (bestätigt durch Absorptionsaufnahmen von v. Angerer und Joos). Alle Terme sind verkehrt; das magnetische Moment des Co-Atoms beträgt im Grundzustand sechs Bohrsche Magnetonen. Eine neue Form des Auswahlprinzips für die Azimutalquantenzahl wird angegeben. Das Niveauschema des Spektrums zeigt große Ähnlichkeit mit dem des Fe; die Terme sind auffallend regelmäßig gelagert. Zusammen sind bis jetzt 517 Linien eingeordnet.

Beziehung zwischen den Aufspaltungen von Termen gleicher k-Anordnung in beliebigem Bogenspektrum und Funkenspektrum des in der Horizontalreihe des periodischen Systems folgenden Elements, Beispiele. 2. Die Abweichungen von der Intervallregel erfolgen bei solchen einander entsprechenden Termen im selben Sinn. 3. Bei einander entsprechenden Termen verschiedener Multiplizität, aber desselben Spektrums, wachsen die Δv wie 1/r an, wenn bei beiden Multiplizitäten Aufspaltungen zwischen denselben j verglichen werden; diese Regel kann keinen weiteren Geltungsbereich haben als die Intervallregel von Landé, Beispiele. 4.     Notes: Zusammenfassung Neue Terme der drei Niveaugruppen (tiefe, mittlere und hochliegende Terme) des Spektrums werden nachgewiesen, sie gehören dem Dublett- und Quartettsystem an. Durch Kombination dieser Terme untereinander und mit den bereits bekannten des Spektrums konnten mehr als 700 Linien neu eingeordnet werden, so daß nunmehr im Co-Bogen rund 1200 Linien klassifiziert sind. Die tiefen Terme gehören zu mindestens zwei verschiedenen Konfigurationen der Außenelektronen, nämlich zu d7s2 und d8s1. Sie sind in Übereinstimmung mit der Voraussage der Theorie von Hund.

    Notes: Abstract Some additional contributions to structural and surface features of powder iron-doped titania photocatalysts have been investigated by applying a variety of complementary techniques: temperature programmed desorption-mass spectrometry analysis, non-isothermal thermogravimetric analysis, differential thermoanalysis, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The effects of iron concentration and pretreatment temperature, over the polymorphic transformation anatase-rutile, were analysed. The results obtained were used in an attempt to correlate structural and surface aspects of catalysts, with their reported activity versus inactivity to photoreduce dinitrogen to ammonia.
