Se describe el “estado del arte” de la modelación de desplazamiento y evolución de manchas de hidrocarburos, implementado en el CIOH como un sistema operativo para facilitar el proceso de mitigación de la contaminación en el caso de derrames para las áreas de la industria petrolera y en el Mar Caribe en general. Se presenta el software amigable para el uso operativo del modelo de la Bahía de Cartagena y del sistema SPOD para el Mar Caribe. Se discuten los problemas de utilización de esta tecnología.
Beschreibung:
State-of-the-art of oil spill fate and motion modeling, implemented in the CIOH as an operative system to make easer the mitigation of oil contamination in the petroleum industry zones and the Caribbean in general, is described. Friendly software for the operative usage of the system in the Cartagena Bay and the SPOD in the Caribbean is shown. The problems of utilization of this technology are discussed.
