Heterotriptycenes; Structural Calculations and NMR RelationsAzaphosphatriptycenes (1, 24) can be synthesized via tris(lithiophenyl)amine derivatives (22b, 23b) as well as in a more conventional dehydrobenzene reaction starting with properly substituted P-arylphenophosphazines (e.g. 27). Relevant structural data for a variety of heterotriptycenes are calculated with the aid of a simplified force field model. For important structural features an excellent reproduction of known X-ray data is obtained. On the basis of known and calculated angle data simple empirical relationships between bridgehead 31P- and 13C-resonances and bridgehead angles are derived (equations I, II in figures 2, 3). δ31P and δ13C values for numerous triptycene systems are predicted.

Azaphosphatriptycene (1, 24) können sowohl über Tris(lithiophenyl)amin-Derivate (22b, 23b) wie auch in einer konventionelleren Dehydrobenzol-Synthese über geeignet substituierte P-Arylphenophosphazine (wie z. B. 27) dargestellt werden. Mittels eines vereinfachten Kraftfeldmodells werden relevante Strukturdaten einer Vielzahl von Heterotriptycenen berechnet. Die bisher bekannt gewordenen Röntgenstrukturanalysen aus dieser Verbindungsklasse konnten damit in wesentlichen Punkten ausgezeichnet reproduziert werden. Auf der Basis bekannter und berechneter Winkeldaten ließen sich einfache empirische Beziehungen zwischen Brückenkopf-31P- und -13C-Resonanzen und Brückenkopfwinkeln ableiten (Gleichungen I, II in Abb. 2, 3). mit denen δ31P- und δ13C-Werte für zahlreiche Triptycen-Systeme vorhergesagt werden.
