Beschreibung: The research conducted for finding of aquaculture potential and appropriate areas of Yamchi dam downstream river and estimate of its production in 2010-2012. This research done by using of available information and data obtained from the monthly and seasonally sampling. Results showed that river access routes of left side to right were more suitable. The maximum distance of infrastructure facilities was one kilometer. Climate and weather data suggests that downstream area Yamchi dam was not suitable for warm water species aquaculture, while it was ideal for coldwater aquaculture. Also, physical and chemical results showed that almost all of the factors were suitable for growing trout. Heavy metals amounts were measured in the standard limit and iron, cupper, zinc, lead, chromium, cadmium and nickel had highest values, respectively. Bacillariophyta branch abundance of phytoplankton was dominant as showed suitable water quality. Benthos investigation demonstrated that the aquaculture activities is acceptable. In ichthyology studies identified 5 species Cyprinidae and 1 species Nemacheilidae family. Investigation of available underground wells and geophysical studies showed that alluvium area is made up from two parts of clayey surface ground and underground with good permeability and the lower part is affected from the upper part. In areas where both part of the alluvium formed there is a water layer about 20 to 30 meters thick as it is possible to build wells. But in areas without lower part faced with unreliable surface water layer that affected from river flows. Totally, varius method suggested for trout culture include of race way, octagonal pond and semi-recircultaion. In the present condition of Yamchi river the amount of trout production is predicted at least 65 ton by race way to maximum 1750 ton by semi-recircultaion method. Whiles, if 2 cubic meters of water from Yamchi dam outlet allocated to aquaculture can be predicted at least 580 ton by race way to maximum 4000 ton by semi-recircultaion method.

Beschreibung: Anzali wetland is one of the most important places for spawning fishes and zooplankton groups are the first consumer in this ecosystem . they are the perfect food for the larvae of fishes. Zooplankton status was evaluated in 6 stations of different areas of the Anzali wetland during March 2011 to February 2012. Sampling was done by tube (PVC) and passing through of 30 micron planktonic net. The samples were identified and counted by invert microscope. According to the results were identified 60 Genus and 6 phylum (11, 31, 10, 2, 1, 1, 1, 2 genus of phylum Protozoa, Rotatoria, Arthropoda, Gastrotricha, Mollusca, Tardigrada, Nematoda, Porifera, Annelida) respectively. The results showed that the maximum annual average density of zooplankton was observed with 2497 number per litre in Karkan station and the population was more in the summer than in other seasons. Phylum of Rotatoria,, protozoa and superclass Copepoda formed 48, 45 and 6percent of the density espectively. According to the results the populationof zooplankton did not change much compared to past studies, excluding Protozoa but the diversity of all zooplankton groupe are declined very much. According to the statistical analysis Kruskal Wallis are not significant differences between density of zooplankton in different stations, months and seasons (p 〉 0.05),but significant differences were found in different phylum together (p 〈 0.05).

Beschreibung: Seasonal survey on 404 water sources including Ganat, agricultural wells and Sheshtaraz river on Bardaskan city (Khorasan province) were conducted among which 47 were selected for biological and physical and chemical study in order to determine the aquaculture of them. The results showed that according to classic classification the Macrobenthose could be categorized into three branches of Arthropod, Annelid and Mollusk. The Chironomidae was the culminate species have been observed in all situation. 30 species of phytoplankton from five families have been recognized where the family of Clamydomonase and Cyclotella were the dominated group. Also eleven group of zooplanktons identify in which Rotatoria with Brachionus continual the dominate group and genus. Chemical analysis of central and northern region of Bardaskan showed to be fresh water and soft to moderate hard with electrical conductivity of less than 0.7 ms/cm. In the desert region in the western and southern side of Bardaskan salinity and hardness increase which comprised from Oligosaline to mesosalin (EC: 0.4 to 7.3 ms/cm). The whole region the pH varied between 7.2 to 8.6 and the average oxygen concentration was 8.2 mg/l with respect the agricultural use of water we suggest that pond ual purposes can be used for trout culture during October to March.

Beschreibung: Anzali wetland is one of the most important ecosystem in the southern Caspian Sea, acts as a special ecotone between different ecosystems; terrestrial, the Caspian Sea, brackish and fresh water environments. The hydro chemical and nutrients parameters were monthly studied in 10 locations of Anzali wetland for one year from May 2014. Trophic status index was calculated by different parameters including chlorophyll a, total phosphorus (TP), total nitrogen (TN) and transparency. Results showed that the annual average of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and dissolved oxygen were 1.023±0.523, 0.113± 0.105 and 8.71 ± 2.63 mgL-1 respectively. While no significant difference was observed in total nitrogen (P〉0.05), total phosphorus showed a significant difference (P〈0.05) among locations. Chlorophyll a varied between 0.6 to 330 (average 47.4 ± 65.0) µgL-1. EC varied between 254 and 14250 µm and had a significant difference among locations (p〈0.05). The TN/TP was lower than 10 in Anzali wetland (except in western area) that show the limitation role of TP in eutrophication process. According to results while the western area and SiahKeshim are observed in eutrophic and super eutrophic status, the rest of regions are classified as hyper eutrophic status. Decrease of nutrient components from inlet rivers and to remove the aquatic plants in Anzali water bodies are recommended to control of eutrophication process in Anzali wetland.

Beschreibung: We determined concentration of surfactants as mg/l of LAS using Sublation-Methylen Blue method in the south Caspian Sea coastal areas extending from Astara to Bandar-e-Tourkaman. The method was based on the American Standard Method for Examination of Water and Wastewater. We analyzed 53 water samples and found an average surfactant concentration of 0.019mg/l with the minimum and maximum being 0.008mg/l and 0.038mg/l respectively. We conclude that presently, surfactant concentration is not critical in the coastal areas. However, care must be exercised interpreting these results considering the synergistic effects between the surfactants and heavy metals and oil hydrocarbons.

Beschreibung: Phytoplankton groups are very important producers in the anzali lagoon that have a significant role in the quality of water and the need to be constantly study their sequence and density. The surveywas conducted in six workstations March 1389-Feb 2012. Samples were taken for a liter of water with plicae (P.V.C) and fixed with formalin to 4% ratio. Five ml of the sample after becoming homogeneous, was sequestration for 24 hours in the laboratory and identified and counted by invert microscope. Based on the results of this reviews 67 genus (22, 26, 9, 5, 1, 2, 1, and 1 genus respectively of the Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta branches, Cryptophyta, Euglenophyta Chrysophyta, Pyrrophyta, the Xanthophyta) were identified. The results showed that the phytoplankton density was the most in Sorkhankol and Komeh Aghajani stations with annual average of 24387483±5643414 and 20381250 ± 5488084 per liter respectively. The Bacillariophyta ( particularly Cyclotella) was dominant in all of stations but high density of blue green algae (Cyanophyta) in Komeh aghajani station from July to mid-October have caused the annual average of these phylum is more than Bacillariophyta. In General, the average density of phytoplankton was the highest in summer than other seasons and was the lowest value in the fall. The number of the genus identified in this survay is less than previous studies. Compare this survey with the last studies reviews shows that diversity is reduced in the current situation in the anzali than previous studies. According to thestatistical analysis of the Kruskal Wallis, the density of phytoplankton had no significant differences in the different months, stations and seasons (p 〉0.05) but the phytoplankton phylums have significant differences (p 〈 0.05) together.

Beschreibung: According to the importance of micro-algae in aquatic feed such as fish in this study have been investigated Preparation of useful algae powder or concentrate for breeding silver carp , their impact on the growth of silver carp , rate per unit area and estimate n economic Development. Different algal species were isolated from hydrothermal fish farms, then were purified and mass culture . The next step microalgae were dried and powdered by spray dryer and were examined the fish feeding on them. During this study, 6 species of chlorophyt( Scenedesmus obliquus, Scenedesmus acuminatus, Chlorella vulgaris, Pediastrum boryanum, Pandorina morum, Ankistrodesmus falcatus) ,3 species of cyanophyta ( Anabaena flosaquae, Oscillatoria agardhi and Spirulina platensis) and 1 species of Bacillariophta ( Cyclotella meneghiniana were isolated from.Green algae and Blue -green algae were cultured in Zaindr medium, diatoms were cultured in Zaindr medium but with water of Anzali logoon and also in F2 medium with artificial sea water and spirulina was cultured in Zarouk medium. Microalgae were cultures then concentrated. Then the impact was examined on fish silver carp 2 to 3 grams. The results showed that Cyclotella has a greater role in the growth of silver carp and Anabaena floes aquae and Spirulina platensis tend to growth less than cyclotella. Scenedesmus obliquus and Scenedesmus acuminatus were respectively next algae that showed the greatest impact on fish growth. Scenedesmus obliquus feed rate was greater than any other algae for Daphnia.

Beschreibung: This research was conducted to finding of Cheshmeh-Ali and Shahcheraghi-Dam downstream areas potential for developing of aquaculture industry. The present study was conducted based on available information and data from monthly and seasonally sampling including geographical area, margin lands and fluctuations of river water, seasonal climatic changes view point of rainfall, temperature, wet, evaporation, wind velocity, sunshine hours, frost and also chemical and physical parameters of water including temperature, alkalinity, total hardness, chloride, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, organic phosphorous and nitrogen, suspended solids, turbidity, water flow and flood conditions, and in addition phytoplankton and zooplankton communities, macrobenthic invertebrates, fishes, aquatic plants, amphibians, reptiles, birds. Results showed that the upstream and downstream regions of Shahcheraghi dam are not suitable for warm water aquaculture in earthen ponds. But view point of cold-water aquaculture, particularly trout, there are some good situations. Also it can be suggested different culture systems including of race way, octagonal concrete ponds, semi-circulation and circulation methods. But, due to water restrictions in the area, semi-circulation and circulation system is preferred. In ideal conditions can be produced about 1,600 tones of trout, if all the capacity of this area be used for aquaculture. Otherwise, in limited circumstances view point of exploitation possibility of the water, only about 700 tons can be produced. In addition, there were appropriate facilities in spring area of Cheshmehali for tourism industry, that it can be considered as priorities for economic development in the region. Due to the low sensitivity of the ecologically conditions, native or exotic aquatic species rearing in indoor methods can be recommended.

Beschreibung: The Anzali wetland (37.28N – 49.25E) with less than 100 km2 surface area is located in the southwestern shores of the Caspian Sea in the Guilan province. The benthic macro-invertebrates were studied as a part of a main project titled study of aquatic communities variation in the Anzali wetland. The sampling was performed at the 10 stations with using a Van-Veen grab during 2014-2015. The results showed, 14 macro-invertebrates taxa were identified as Chironomidae (Insecta, Diptera) and Tubificidae (Annelida, Oligochaeta), they were dominated in the wetland. The maximum and minimum densities of macro-invertebrates were observed with 609±1119 and 93.32±27.92 n/m2 respectively at the stations 5 and 1. The silt-clay constitute more than 85 percentage of the wetland sediments with maximum of 93.2±27.92 percentage at the 2 station and minimum 72.21±27.92 at the 5 station. Kruskal Wallis non parametric test(sig. ≤0.05), revealed significant differences for all studied factors at stations while of %tom and grain size had no significant variation. The CCA analysis revealed no accordance of total organic matter (TOM ) and silt- clay percentage vectors with Tubificidae and total benthic frequencies, while Chironomidae frequency is in accordance. Intensifying eutrification process in the Anzali wetland has affected its biota as the benthic fauna are almost limited in to most tolerant taxa which reflect the day after day increasing pollution the Anzali wetland.
