Notes: Abstract This paper presents a novel built-in current sensor that uses two additional power supply voltages besides the system power supply voltage, and that is constructed by using a current mirror circuit to pick up an abnormal IDDQ. It is activated only by an abnormal quiescent power supply current and minimizes the voltage drop at the terminal of the circuit under test. Simulation results showed that it could detect 16-μA IDDQ against 0.03-V voltage drop at 3.3-V VDD and that it reduced performance degradation in the circuit under test. It is therefore suitable for testing low-voltage integrated circuits. Moreover, we verified the behavior of the sensor circuit implemented on the board by using discrete devices. Experimental results showed that the real circuit of the sensor functioned properly.

Notes: Summary Chromosomal localization of three human cytochrome P450 genes belonging to the CYP2C subfamily (CYP2C8, 2C9, and 2C10) was identified by fluorescencein situ hybridization (FISH). An original MP-8 clone was used as a DNA probe for the assignment of the CYP2C10 gene, while two cDNA probes, a 1.37 kb fragment of CYP2C8 and a 1.19 kb fragment (MP-20 and MP-4 clones, respectively) by polymerase chain reaction using a single human liver cDNA library. The results showed that three human CYP2C8, 2C9, and 2C10 cDNAs were located at the same subchromosomal region, 10q24.1.

Notes: Many reports on the mass spectra of organotransition-metal complexes have appeared in recent years,1 whilst there have only been a few reports on the mass spectra of transition metal olefin complexes, some metal carbonyl olefin complexes234 and π-cyclooctenyl-π-cyclooctadienyl cobalt.5 Recently fragmentation paths of π-cyclopentadienyl-cyclooctadiene rhodium were elucidated by King.6 The present authors found metastable ions in the mass spectra of π-cyclopentadienyl-diene cobalt complexes as well as in the mass spectra of π-cyclopentadienyl-diene rhodium complexes.7.In the present paper the authors wish to report the mass spectra of several π-cyclopentadienyl diene cobalt complexes.
