Tarucha In contrast to recent rapid progress with measurements in the search for Majorana fermions, the observation of a 4 π -periodic Josephson effect, which would provide further experimental evidence for them, still remains a challenge for the field of nanowire-based systems. In this paper, the authors investigate quantitatively the ac Josephson effect in nanowire-based Josephson junctions. They observe anomalous modulation of the Josephson radiation in a finite magnetic field. The modulation can be explained by a change in circuit impedance. [Phys. Rev.
