    Description: De rode schouderboktor Rhamnusium bicolor bereikt in Nederland de noordwestelijke grens van het verspreidingsgebied. Uit Nederland waren tot nu toe veertien exemplaren bekend waarvan de laatste in 1941 werd verzameld. Op 17 mei 2011 werden voor het eerst sinds 70 jaar weer twee exemplaren aangetroffen in het Geuldal. Het is onduidelijk of deze populatie zich recent heeft gevestigd, of dat de soort al die tijd onopgemerkt heeft stand gehouden.
