    Description / Table of Contents: Synthesis and Reactions of Substituted 3-0xo-1,2,6-thiadiazine 1,l-Dioxides3-Oxo-1,2,6-thiadiazine 1,1-dioxides 4 are synthesized from monosubstituted sulfamides 2 and methyl methoxymethylenemalonates (1). 2,5-Disubstituted 3-oxo-1,2,6-thiadiazine 1,1-dioxides 10 are prepared by reaction of alkylsulfamoyl chlorides 7 with aminoalkylidenemalonates 6. Halogenation, methylation and substitution reactions of 10 are described.
    Notes: Methoxymethylenmalonsäure-methylester (1) und monosubstituierte Sulfamide 2 setzen sich zu 3-Oxo-1,2,6-thiadiazin-1,1-dioxiden 4 um. 2,5-Disubstituierte 3-Oxo-1,2,6-thiadiazin-1,1-dioxide 10 werden aus Aminoalkylidenmalonsäureestern 6 und Alkylsulfaminsäurechloriden 7 erhalten. Es werden Halogenierung, Methylierung sowie Substitutionsreaktionen von 10 beschrieben.

    Description / Table of Contents: Reaction of N-Hydroxyureas with C1-Synthons; a New Synthesis of 2-Alkyl-4-aryl-1,2,4-oxadiazolidin-3-onesThe synthesis of 2-alkyl-4-aryl-1,2,4-oxadiazolidin-3-ones 2 is described, whose biological activity was of interest, because of their structural similarity to known herbicides. In this context, the reaction of N-hydroxyureas with various C1-synthons has been investigated with formaldehyde; dioxadiazacyclooctanederivatives 7 are formed.  -  The herbicidal activity of the new compounds 2 is discussed.
    Notes: Beschrieben wird die Synthese von 2-Alkyl-4-aryl-1,2,4-oxadiazolidin-3-onen 2, deren biologische Wirkung aus Gründen der Analogie zu ähnlichen Strukturen interessierte. In diesem Zusammenhang wurde die Reaktion von N-Hydroxyharnstoffen 1 mit verschiedenen C1-Bausteinen unter-sucht, wobei mit Formaldehyd Dioxadiazacyclooctanderivate 7 entstehen.  -  Die herbizide Aktivität der Substanzen 2 wird kurz besprochen.
