    Description / Table of Contents: The present paper is concerned with the origin of luminescence in thermo-oxidativ damaged polycaprolactame. It is demonstrated that the luminescence of a substance isolated from the damaged polycaprolactame is caused by an α-ketoimid-structure element linked as a lumophoric group to the backbone of the polymer. A mechanism for the oxidation leading to this structure element is discussed on basis of the caprolactame oxidation.
    Notes: Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit den Ursachen der Lumineszenz in thermooxidativ geschädigtem Polycaprolactam. Es wird gezeigt, daß die Lumineszenz einer Substanz, die aus geschadigtem Polycaprolactam isoliert werden konnte, durch a-Ketoimidgruppierungen hervorgerufen wird, die im ‚backbone‘ des Polymeren als lumophore Gruppen eingebaut sind. Ein Mechanismus für die Oxidationsreaktion, die zu dieser Struktur führt, wird anhand der Oxidation des Caprolactams diskutiert.

    Notes: Die Reindarstellung des Nonicosapeptids aus dem durch Trifluoressigsäure-Demaskierung des allseits geschützten Nonicosapeptidderivates erhaltenen Roh-Glucagon1,2) gelingt zweckmäßig durch Gelfiltration an Sephadex G-50. Das durch Gefriertrocknung erhaltene amorphe Produkt kristallisiert analog dem natürlichen Hormon aus wäßr. Lösung nahe dem isoelektrischen Punkt. Das so gewonnene synthetische Glucagon ist in allen getesteten Eigenschaften (Kristallform, Aminosäurezusammensetzung nach saurer und enzymatischer Hydrolyse, chromatographischem und elektrophoretischem Verhalten, UV-und IR-Spektrum, optischer Rotationsdispersion) mit dem Naturstoff identisch; es zeigt ferner die volle biologische Aktivität. Die von Bromer und Mitarbb.3) vorgeschlagene Struktur für das Pankreas-Hormon Glucagon ist damit bewiesen.

    Notes: Durch Einwirkung von F2 auf in CCl3F suspendiertes J2 bei -45° wurde Jod(III)-fluorid als gelbe, bis -28° stabile Substanz erhalten. Durch Umsetzung von JF3 mit schweren Alkalifluoriden in CH3CN gelingt die Darstellung von Alkalitetrafluorojodaten(III). NOF und JF3 in CCl3F bilden NOJF4, mit AsF5 bzw. SbF5 entstehen JF2AsF6 und das 19F-NMR-spektroskopisch charakterisierte JF2SbF6. Mit aromatischen Stickstoffbasen bildet JF3 stabile 1 : 1- Addukte, die sich IR- und UV-spektroskopisch deutlich von Addukten der JF5/J2- bzw. JF5/JF-Gemische unterscheiden.

    Notes: Ausgehend vom 1.2.3.6-Tetrahydro-phthalsäureanhydrid (1) wird das analoge Thioanhydrid 2 hergestellt. 2 läßt sich im sinne einer Retrodienspaltung thermisch in Maleinsäure-thioanhydrid (3) und Butadien spalten. Die dienophile Aktivität des Maleinsäure-thioanhydrids ist größer als die des Sauerstoffanalogen. Im Gegensatz zu Maleinsäureanhydrid reagiert das Thioanaloge photochemisch bei Raumtemperatur mit Äthylen ausschließlich zu monomeren Reaktionsprodukten. Kein Copolymeres konnte gefunden werden. Bei der Bestrahlung des Maleinsäure-thioanhydrids in Benzol fanden wir das dem Maleinsäureanhydrid analoge Addukt.

    Description / Table of Contents: Diene Syntheses with Dichlorovinylene CarbonateUnder normal pressure proceeding diene syntheses with the relatively poor dienophile dichlorovinylene carbonate (DCVC) (1) towards dienes like cyclopentadiene, 1.3-cyclohexadiene, anthracene, 9.10-dimethylanthracene and 2.3-dimethylbutadiene as well as the solvolysis of the addition products (2, 4-6) are described. The hydrolysis of the adducts from cyclic dienes makes bicyclic β,γ-unsaturated 1.2-diketones (7, 20) accessible.
    Notes: Unter Normaldruck verlaufende Diensynthesen des relativ schwach dienophilen Dichlorvinylencarbonats (DCVC) (1) mit Cyclopentadien, Cyclohexadien-(1.3), Anthracen, 9.10-Dimethyl-anthracen und 2.3-Dimethyl-butadien sowie die Solvolyse dieser Addukte (2, 4-6) werden beschrieben. Die Hydrolyse der Addukte cyclischer Diene macht bicyclische β,γ-ungesättigte 1.2-Diketone (7, 20) zugänglich.

The amorphous product being isolated by lyophilisation displays the full biological activity of the natural product. In addition to unobjectionable values of amino acid analysis, the synthetic heptacosapeptideamide behaves identical to natural secretin in chromatographic and electrophoretic tests as well as under the conditions of a trypsin degradation.

Das durch Gefriertrocknung erhaltene amorphe Produkt zeigt volle biologische Aktivität des Naturstoffs; bei einwandfreien Aminosäure-Analysenwerten verhalten sich synthetisches Heptacosapeptid-amid und natürliches Sekretin in den chromatographischen und elektrophoretischen Tests sowie unter den Bedingungen des Trypsin-Abbaus identisch.
