1,3-Dialkyldiazetidin-2,4-diones Structure and Molecular Spectra1,3-Dimethyl- (1) and 1,3-diethyldiazetidin-2,4-dione (2) are prepared by reaction of the corresponding isocyanates with antimony(V) chloride. The vibrational spectra are discussed. The crystal and molecular structure of 1 and the 1H n. m. r. data of 1 and 2 are reported.

1,3-Dimethyl- bzw. 1,3-Diethyldiazetidin-2,4-dion (1) bzw. (2) werden aus den entsprechenden Isocyanaten und Antimon(V)-chlorid dargestellt. Die Schwingungsspektren werden diskutiert, Daten zur Kristall- und Molekülstruktur von 1 sowie die 1H-NMR-Daten von 1 und 2 mitgeteilt.
