    Description / Table of Contents: Evaporation of Indium Tribromide and Dissoziation In2Br6,g = 2InBr3,gThe sublimation, evaporation and dissoziation of In2Br6 was determined by total pressure measurements in a membran-zero-manometer.The enthalpies and entropies of sublimation, evaporation and dissoziation were derived from the temperature dependence of total pressure and the equilibrium constant. The resulting enthalpy of melting was correlated with the data following from DTA measurements. The domination gaseous species over InBrx mixtures were determined by mass spectrometry.
    Notes: Durch Gesamtdruckmessung im Membrannullmanometer wurde die Sublimation, Verdampfung und Dissoziation von In2Br6 ermittelt.Aus der Temperaturabhängigkeit der Gesamtdrücke und der Gleichgewichtskonstante werden die Sublimationsenthalpie und -entropie sowie die Dissoziationsenthalpie und -entropie hergeleitet. Die resultierende Schmelzwärme wird mit Ergebnissen der DTA-Messung verglichen. Durch Massenspektrometrie über InBr3 und InBrx-Bodenkörper werden die dominierenden Gasspezies ermittelt.
