    Notes: Abstract In this paper, we present a new kind of millimeter wave sensor which is constituted by double-strip H-wave-guide. This sensor has some major advantages such as big size, simple structure and good measurement performance. It is particularly suitable for measuring humidities of pellet materials at microwave band.
