Zusammenfassung Es wird über eine einfache und schnelle gravimetrische Halbmikrobestimmung von Kohlenstoff und Wasserstoff in schwefelhaltigen, meistens explosiven siliciumorganischen Verbindungen berichtet. In einer Kapsel aus Aluminiumfolie wird die Probe mit Co3O4 vermischt und in einem vertikalen, auf 920–950° C erwärmten Rohr explosiv verbrannt. Etwa 350 Analysen der genannten Verbindungen sind mit einer Packung (Silber und Katalysatoren) ausführbar. Die Analyse dauert 10 min.

Abstract A simple gravimetric procedure is described for half-microdetermination. The substance in a aluminium foil capsule is burned together with Co3O4 rapidly in a vertical tube which is maintained at 920–950°C. About 350 analyses of the above mentioned compounds may be carried out with one packing of silver and catalysts. The time for one analysis is 10 min.
