On the Hydrolysis of Phosphoric Acid AmidesHydrolysis of phosphoric acid triamide (PTA), diamido phosphate (DAP), and mono amido phosphate (MAP) has been studied in a range of pH 2…12 and 15…50°C. Hydrolysis of PTA at pH 〈 7 is catalysed mainly by acids, at pH 〉 8 by bases. With minimum of the reaction velocity between pH 7 and pH 8 the hydrolysis also proceeds spontaneously.Reaction velocities of DAP and MAP hydrolysis also depend on pH of the solutions and the dissociation level being present. With increasing pH the velocity of the hydrolysis reaction does not descrease continuiously, because for both substances the existence of zwitter ions in a determined pH range is decisive for the reaction velocity. A reaction catalysed by bases occurs neither with DAP nor with MAP.

Es wird die Hydrolyse von Phosphorsäuretriamid (PTA), Diamidophosphat (DAP) und Monoamidophosphat (MAP) in wäßriger Lösung im pH-Bereich von 2-12 und Temperaturbereich von 15-50°C untersucht. Die Hydrolyse des PTA ist bei pH 〈 7 vorwiegend säure-, bei pH 〉 8 basenkatalysiert. Im Minimum der Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit zwischen pH 7 und pH 8 verläuft die Hydrolyse auch spontan.Die Geschwindigkeiten der Hydrolyse von DAP und MAP sind ebenfalls abhängig vom pH-Wert der Lösungen und den jeweils vorliegenden Dissoziationsstufen. Mit steigendem pH nimmt die Geschwindigkeit der Hydrolysereaktion nicht stetig ab, da bei beiden Stoffen das Vorliegen von Zwitterionen in einem bestimmten pH-Gebiet für die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit ausschlaggebend ist. Eine basenkatalysierte Reaktion tritt weder bei DAP noch bei MAP auf.
