L'etude comparative à 290 K et 150 K des spectres de diffusion Raman des monocristaux orientés de sulfate et de séleniate de cuivre permet de proposer des attributions pour de nombreuses raies Raman de ces composés. Le calcul des tenseurs de polarisabilité des modes normaux des ions (SO4)2- et (SeO4)2- et leur comparaison aux résultdts expérimentaux permettent de préciser la structure et le rôle des ligandes (SO4)2- et (SeO4)2- dans ces cristaux. L'existence des ions Cu(H2O)4 et Cu(D2O4 est confirmée et leurs modes de vibrations internes attribués.

The Raman spectra of oriented single crystals of Copper (II) sulphate and selenate at 290 K and 150 K are reported and compared. Assignments are proposed for numerous internal modes of the crystals. Raman scattering tensors are calculated for the normal modes of (SO4)2- and (SeO4)2- and compared with experimental results. The structure and the part played by ligands (SO4)2- and (SeO4)2- in these crystals are stated precisely. The molecular complexes Cu(H2O)4 and Cu(D2O)4 are characterized by the assignment of their vibrational frequencies.
