    Description / Table of Contents: Zusammenfassung Das Extrahierverhalten von insgesamt vierzehn Elementen in den Systemen TBP/HF, TBP/HF-H2SO4, TBP/HF-HNO3, TBP/HF-HCl und TBP/HF-HNO3-HCl wurde unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Anwendungsmöglichkeiten bei der Abtrennung relevanter Spurenverunreinigungen von Niob als Matrix untersucht. Die Verteilungskoeffizienten wurden nach der Batch-Methode ermittelt. Die interessantesten Trennmöglichkeiten wurden auch in der Ausführung als Extraktionschromatographie überprüft. Mit Ausnahme des Systems TBP/HF-HNO3 ermöglichen alle anderen untersuchten Systeme brauchbare bis sehr interessante Trennungen. Während die Systeme TBP/HF-H2SO4, TBP/HF-HCl und TBP/HF-HNO3-HCl für die Abtrennung von Nb und Ta von einer Reihe anderer Elemente geeignet sind, ermöglicht das System TBP/HF die Abtrennung des Tantals von Niob und einer Anzahl anderer Elemente.
    Notes: Summary The extraction behaviour of fourteen elements in the systems TBP/HF, TBP/HF-H2SO4, TBP/HF-HNO3, TBP/HF-HCl, and TBP/HF-HNO3-HCl was investigated under special consideration of the separation of relevant trace impurities from niobium as matrix. The distribution coefficients were determined by the batch method. The most interesting separation possibilities were tested also for extraction-chromatographic performance. Excluding the system TBP/HF-HNO3, all other investigated systems offer useful separations. While the systems TBP/HF-H2SO4, TBP/HF-HCl and TBP/HF-HNO3-HCl are suitable for the separation of Nb and Ta from many other elements, the system TBP/HF enables the separation of Ta from Nb and a number of other elements.

    Notes: The conformation of N-(Gly-Gly-Gly)-Lys-vasopressin (TGVP) in aqueous solution was determined by 1H NMR spectroscopy. The structural data were compared with those obtained in DMSO. Refinement of the structure derived from NMR data and a description of the conformational dynamics were accomplished by molecular dynamics simulations in aqueous solution.
