The Vibrational Spectra of the Difluorophosphates and Dichlorophosphates.The vibrational spectra (IR and Raman) of the dimethylmetal difluorophosphates and dichlorphosphates ((CH3)2MOOPX2 with M = Al, Ga, In, Tl and X = F, Cl) are assigned and discussed. The trimer aluminium compounds consist of twelve-membered puckered ring skeletons (symmetry D3), the dimer gallium and indium compounds (liquid or molten) have also puckered ring skeletons, which belong to the point group D2.
    Notes: Die Schwingungsspektren (IR und Raman) der Dimethylmetalldifluoro- und -dichlorophosphate ((CH3)2MOOPX2 mit M = Al, Ga, In, Tl und X = F, Cl) werden zugeordnet und diskutiert. Danach besitzen die trimeren Aluminiumverbindungen gewellte zwölfgliedrige Ringgerüste der Symmetrie D3, die dimeren Gallium- und Indiumprodukte (flüssig oder geschmolzen) weisen ebenfalls gewellte Grundgerüste auf. (Achtringe der Symmetrie D2).

Außerdem wird eine neue, rotierende RAMAN-Probenhalterung beschrieben.

Preparation, Properties, and NMR Spectra of Dialkyl Metal Phosphoric and Phosphinic Acid Derivatives.The trialkyl compounds of Al, Ga, In and Tl react with equimolar quantities of phosphoric or phosphinic acids, HOOPX2 (X = F, Cl, H), HOSP(CH3)2 or HSSP(CH3)2, to form dialkylmetal phosphoric and phosphinic acid derivatives, respectively. The properties and the degree of association of these compounds are listed. The NMR- spectra (1H, 19F and 31P) show that the phosphorus containing groups act as bidentate ligands.
    Notes: Die Trialkyle des Al, Ga, In und Tl reagieren mit äquimolaren Mengen der phosphorhaltigen Säuren HOOPX2 (X = F, Cl, H), HOSP(CH3)2 und HSSP(CH3)2 unter Bildung von Dialkylmetallphosphor- bzw. -phosphinsäurederivaten. Die Eigenschaften dieser, hauptsächlich zweifach assoziierten Verbindungen werden angegeben. Nach Aussage der Kernresonanzspektren (1H, 19F und 31P) fungiert die phosphorhaltige Gruppierung stets als zweizähniger Ligand.
