    Description / Table of Contents: Pour approfondir l'étude du mécanisme de la catalyse stéréospécifique, il a été examiné l'influence de quelques variables sur le poids moléculaire et sur la composition stéréoisomérique, presque complètement isotactique, du polypropylène obtenu avec des catalyseurs heterogènes à stéréospécificité élevée.Le processus de terminaison plus important est un processus de premier ordre par rapport au monomère, que l'on peut retenir dans son ensemble équivalent a un transfert de chaîne avec le monornère; il a été en outre constaté une influence de la concentration de l'aluminium triéthyle sur les poids moléculaires, dont on discute le mécanisme.Les mécanisrnes cinétiques de formation des diverses espèces stéréoisomériques de polymère sont du même type, indépendament des phénomènes stériques.Les influences de plusieurs variables sur la vitesse de réaction du processus global de polymérisation sont rapportées.
    Notes: Um das Studium des Mechanismus der stereospezifischen Katalyse zu vertiefen, wurde der Einfluß verschiendener Variablen auf das Molekulargewicht und auf die stereoisomere Zusammensetzung des vorwiegend isotaktischen, unter Verwendung heterogener hochgradig stereospezifischer Katalysatoren erhaltenen Polypropylens untersucht.Es wurde gefunden, daß der hervorstechendste Abbruchsprozeß erster Ordnung ist bezüglich des Monomeren und daß man ihn als einer Kettenübertragung mit dem Monomeren gleichwertig ansehen kann; außerdem wurde ein Einfluß der Aluminiumtriäthyl-Konzentration auf die Molekulargewichte festgestellt, dessen Reaktionsmechanismus diskutiert wurde.Die kinetischen Bildungsmechanismen der verschiedenen stereoisomeren Polymeren gehören, unabhängig von den sterischen Phänomenen, demselben Typ an.Die Einflüsse der verschiedenen Variablen auf die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit des Brutto-Polymerisationsprozesses werden wiedergegeben.

    Notes: A gas chromatographic/mass spectrometric analytical procedure is described to determine glycols in plasma as cyclic butyl boronate esters. The method, involving a pre-deproteinization step, required only 0.25 ml of plasma and a short time (20 min) to react with the derivatizing agent (butyl boronic acid). The gas chromatographic separation on a CP Sil 8 CB silica capillary column coupled to a mass detector assured a complete identification of the compounds. The analytical recoveries (〉95%) with low coefficient of variation (4-11%) assured the feasibility of the method over a concentration range from 5 to 1000 μg ml-1 for each glycol. The lower detection limits, namely 1-5 μg ml-1, confirmed the sensitivity of the method.

    Notes: Calcium blocker drugs are of increasing therapeutic relevance. Verapamil, nifedipine, diltiazem, and flunarizine are the most widely applied drugs of this type. New dihydropyridines (felodipine, nitrendipine) and related agents are presently undergoing intense investigation. HRGC and HPLC were used to determine eight of these drugs in spiked plasma samples. Both methods allow separation of most of the compounds in a single run and are specific, sensitive, and reproducible both for therapeutic monitoring and for pharmacokinetic studies in man and animals.

    Notes: Thirteen antihistaminic drugs are separated on a CP-Sil 5 capillary column and are evaluated by a NP detector after extraction of spiked plasma samples, alkalinized, in a solvent mixture of chloroform, dichloromethane, and methanol. Intra- and inter-assay analyses showed high reliability, therefore this method can be usefully applied in experimental or clinical pharmacokinetic investigations.

    Notes: Twelve compounds, commonly used as industrial solvents and belonging to the chemical class of glycol ethers and glycol ether acetates, were investigated. Several analytical conditions, applied to single or connected capillary columns of different length and polarity coating and connected to FID, O-FID and MS detection systems, were assayed. Tests on heptafluorobutyryl derivatives were also attempted to improve the analytical sensitivity. The aims were to establish gas chromatographic methods suitable for analysis of reference standard compounds and to verify their applicability to biological matrix analysis for pharmacokinetic and toxicological studies, since these chemicals have been shown to be hazardous in laboratory animals and are presumed to be dangerous in man.

    Notes: A selective and sensitive high resolution gas chromatography assay for simultaneous determination of Ibuprofen and its major metabolites in urine is described. Biological samples were collected from healthy volunteers after a single topical administration of the drug in gel form. The chromatographic system, developed on a WCOT OV-1 glass capillary column, ensured a clear separation of Ibuprofen and its metabolites and their quantitative evaluation.

    Notes: Um die Kenntnis des Mechanismus der stereospezifischen Polymerisationen der α-Olefine zu isotaktischen Polymeren zu vertiefen, wurde das kinetische Verhalten eines typischen Katalysatorsystems untersucht. Dieses Katalysatorsystem enthält als charakteristische feste kristalline Phase das Halogenid eines Zwischenschalenelementes in einer niedrigen, durch starke Elektropositivität gekennzeichneten Oxydationsstufe sowie ein Metallalkyl. Es wird gezeigt, daß die Polymerisationsreaktion einem echt katalytischen Prozeß heterogener Natur entspricht. Wenn stabilisierte Katalysatoren angewandt werden, ist dabei die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit zeitkonstant. Die Reaktionsordnungen bezüglich der verschiedenen Variablen werden bestimmt und die Aktivierungsenergie ermittelt.
