    Description: The auxiliary power supply system is an important part of the China standard EMU (Electric Multiple Units). It is mainly composed of auxiliary converters, chargers, battery packs and several loads. According to the topology of the EMU real auxiliary power supply system, the whole simulation system including the auxiliary converter, charger, single-phase inverter and other single models is built, and the internal working principle and working process of the system are studied. The auxiliary converter adopts the droop control method introducing virtual impedance to reduce the circulation effect of the parallel system. Combined with the battery pack charging characteristic curve, the constant current and constant voltage step-by-step charging management strategy is studied. The actual operating conditions of the system are simulated according to the auxiliary power supply system control logic. The system-level simulation on the MATLAB/Simulink platform shows that the output performance of each component is good, working in the rated parameters and meeting the working requirements of the auxiliary power supply system. Finally, the rationality, stability and robustness of the auxiliary power supply system model are proved by simulation and experimental comparison. This research provides a certain theoretical basis for the research of China standard EMU auxiliary power supply system, which has a certain significance.

    Description: Because both pollution emissions and production policies often are international in scope, it is necessary to find optimal coordination strategies for international production planning and pollution abating. Differential game models are developed for multiple neighboring countries to reach optimal decisions on their production planning and pollution abating under cap-and-trade regulations. Non-cooperative and cooperative differential games are presented to depict the optimal tradeoffs between production planning and pollution abating. Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman (HJB) equations are then employed to analyze the asymmetric and symmetric feedback solutions. Numerical simulations are used to illustrate the results. Five different dividends are also discussed. With the proposed strategies, more improvement will be directed toward production supplies and environmental issues than ever before.

    Description: A novel variant of NSN P systems, called numerical spiking neural P systems with a variable consumption strategy (NSNVC P systems), is proposed. Like the spiking rules consuming spikes in spiking neural P systems, NSNVC P systems introduce a variable consumption strategy by modifying the form of the production functions used in NSN P systems. Similar to the delay feature of the spiking rules, NSNVC P systems introduce a postponement feature into the production functions. The execution of the production functions in NSNVC P systems is controlled by two, i.e., polarization and threshold, conditions. Multiple synaptic channels are used to transmit the charges and the production values in NSNVC P systems. The proposed NSNVC P systems are a type of distributed parallel computing models with a directed graphical structure. The Turing universality of the proposed NSNVC P systems is proved as number generating/accepting devices. Detailed descriptions are provided for NSNVC P systems as number generating/accepting devices. In addition, a universal NSNVC P system with 66 neurons is constructed as a function computing device.
