Several new types of carriers and technologies have been implemented to improve traditional enzyme immobilization in industrial biotechnology. The magnetic immobilized enzyme is a kind of new method of enzyme immobilization developed in recent years. An external magnetic field can be used to control the motion mode and direction of immobilized enzyme, and to improve the catalytic efficiency of immobilized enzyme. In this paper, Fe 3 O 4 -CaCO 3 -PDA complex and CaCO 3 /Fe 3 O 4 composite modified by PEI were prepared. The results show that the morphology of Fe 3 O 4 -CaCO 3 -PDA complex formation is irregular, while the morphology of CaCO 3 /Fe 3 O 4 composite modified by PEI is regular and has a porous structure.
