    Description: In this paper, the steam shape parameters and the condensation oscillation characteristics of the direct contact condensation of submerged steam jet into subcooled water were investigated through a side hole nozzle. Meanwhile, the dimensionless jet length and the expansion ratio versus pool water temperature and steam mass flux were obtained by measuring the photographs taken by a high speed camera. Both of them increased gradually with rise of pool water temperature and steam mass flux. A comparison of the shape parameters of three different style nozzles was also achieved. And a correlation of the dimensionless jet length was obtained, the predicted data agreed well with the experimental data, while the discrepancy was within ±5%. For the pressure oscillation versus steam mass flux, the peaks and the root mean square value of pressure oscillation were almost consistent in the range of 150-400 kg·m -2 ·s -1 , while both of them increase in the range of 400-800 ...

    Description: Porous Si 3 N 4 ceramics were produced by the initial Si 3 N 4 powder added different amounts of β-Si 3 N 4 powder. The density, porosity and flexural strength were tested by the methods of Archimedes method and three-point bending measurements, respectively. Phase composition and microstructure of Si 3 N 4 ceramics were studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. Fibrous β-Si 3 N 4 grains developed in the porous microstructure. The grain morphology and size were affected by adding different amounts of β-Si 3 N 4 powder. Fibrous β-Si 3 N 4 grains dispersed in the porous Si 3 N 4 ceramics uniformly with the length of 4~10μm, the average diameter of 0.6μm and average aspect ratio of 7 were obtained.     Description: Forest diseases and pests cause enormous economic losses and ecological damage every year in China. To prevent and control forest diseases and pests, the key is to get accurate information timely. In order to improve monitoring coverage rate and economize on manpower, a cooperative investigation model for forest diseases and pests is put forward. It is composed of video positioning system and manual labor reconnaissance with mobile GIS embedded in PDA. Video system is used to scan the disaster area, and is particularly effective on where trees are withered. Forest diseases prevention and control workers can check disaster area with PDA system.     Description: High speed BLDC has the characteristic as larger air gap smaller armature inductance, traditional PWM modulation will produce a great number of high frequency current harmonics which led problem like large torque ripple and serious motor heat. In the meantime traditional PWM modulation use the diode rectifier which cause harmonic pollution in electric power net. To solve the problem above, proposes a new motor controller topology. Using the IGBT device to replace the diode on frequency converter rectifier side, apply the power factor correction technology, reduce the pollution on the grid. Using busbar current modulation on the inverter, driving bridge-arm use 3-phase 6-state open as driving Mode, realize the control on a 10000r/min,10kw BLDC. The results of Simulation on matlab show the topological structure as proposed can effectively improve the network side power factor and reduce the motor armature winding harmonic and motor torque ripple.

    Description: Dynamic aging precipitation of Mg 17 Al 12 phases in AZ80 magnesium alloy was studied by multi-directional forging (MDF) with decreasing temperatures from 410 to 300 °C. The results show that the morphology of the dynamically precipitated β-Mg 17 Al 12 phases (formed during forging process) exhibited granular shape. During the multi-directional forging process, the inhomogeneous dynamic precipitation of the β-Mg 17 Al 12 phases result in the coexistence of the fine grains (with many granular Mg 17 Al 12 phases) and coarse grains (without Mg 17 Al 12 phases) in the samples. The fine grains (with many granular Mg 17 Al 12 phases) area expands with the decreasing of final forging temperature.     Description: Oily sludge is a solid oily waste, which is produced during the process of oil exploitation, transportation, refining and treatment of oily sewage. It contains a great number of hazardous substance, and is difficult to handle with. To solve the problem of waste resources of oil sludge with high oil content and usually not easy to aggregate during the preparation of profile control agent, a new oily sludge treatment device was developed. This device consists of heat supply unit, flush and filter unit, oil removal unit and dehydration unit. It can effectively clean and filter out the waste from oily sludge, recycle the oil resources and reduce the water content of the residue.     Description: The inducer has significant effect on improving the cavitation characteristic of a centrifugal pump. The fact which can not be neglected is that the inducer itself is a kind of axial pump. Research on inducer's cavitation characteristic is very important. Several inducers were designed and modeled by Pro/E software. The mesh of flow field was done by ICEM and imported to ANSYS CFX to analyze the inducer's cavitation characteristic. The relationship between cavity length and head breakdown was discussed. With the decrease of NPSH, there is a slight increase in the head just prior to the decrease associated with head breakdown. This conclusion coincides with experimental results. The influence of backflow eddy on the inducer's cavitation characteristic was analyzed, and the change of backflow eddy in the process of cavitation was illustrated.     Description: Effects of air vessel on water hammer process in a pumping station with high-head were analyzed by using the characteristics method. The results show that the air vessel volume is the key parameter that determines the protective effect on water hammer pressure. The maximum pressure in the system declines with increasing air vessel volume. For a fixed volume of air vessel, the shape of air vessel and mounting style, such as horizontal or vertical mounting, have little effect on the water hammer. In order to obtain good protection effects, the position of air vessel should be close to the outlet of the pump. Generally, once the volume of air vessel is guaranteed, the water hammer of a entire pipeline is effectively controlled.

    Description: The surface tensions ( γ ) of N-methyldiethanolamine (MDEA)-methanol (MeOH) aqueous solutions were measured by using an automatic surface tension-meter (BZY-1). The temperature ranged from 303.2K to 323.2K. The mass fractions of MeOH and MDEA respectively ranged from 0.05 to 0.15 and 0.2 to 0.4. On the basis of the experimental measurement, the effects of temperature and mass fraction of MDEA and MeOH on surface tensions were analyzed.
