Description: A uniform mixture precursor containing Ag 2 O and Ag 2 SnO 3 was synthesized via a facile ion exchange reaction method. The influence of pH value on composition and precipitation rate of the precursor was investigated systematically. The Ag-SnO 2 composite powder was obtained by decomposition of the precursor at 600°C, and uniform mixing of elements was inherited from the precursor and fresh and intimate Ag-SnO 2 interfaces were created. The Ag-SnO 2 electrical contact material was prepared using this composite powder by hot-pressing method. It was found that nano-sized SnO 2 particles (about 20.6 nm) are homogeneously dispersed in the Ag-matrix. The as-prepared Ag-SnO 2 electrical contact material shows excellent performances, such as high hardness (154 MPa), high density (9.90 g/cm 3 ) and good electrical conductivity (72.24%IACS).

Description: A comprehensive investigation is carried out on the photocatalytic reduction of CO2 in various reaction mediums, including conventional organic solvent, ionic liquid, and water. Different photocatalytic activity could be achieved by altering the solvent molecules in the liquid photocatalytic system. The catalytic performance depended on the amount of CO generation in the system, suggesting that the properties of solvent are depended on the amount of CO generation in the system, suggests that the properties of solventare closely associated with the formation of intermediate. The affecting factor on the stabilization of CO2 is the transition in solution, which is related to the changes in the interaction strength of each ingredients.

Description: Ecological restoration of polluted river water was carried out in South Canal by adding microbial water purifying agents and biological compound enzymes. The objective of present study was to investigate the ecological restoration effect of organic pollutants by this efficient immobilized microbial technologies, analysis the occurrence and composition of organic pollutants including fifteen persistent organochlorine pesticides (OCPs), seventeen polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and eighteen organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) both in natural water environment and ecological restoration area of South Canal, China. Results showed that the total concentrations of OCPs ranged from 1.11 to 1.78 ng·L -1 , PAHs from 52.76 to 60.28 ng·L -1 , and OPPs from 6.51 to 17.50 ng·L -1 . Microbial water purifying agents and biological compound enzymes essentially had no effects on biological degradation of OCPs and PAHs in the river, but could remove OPPs with deg...

Description: The xonotlite crystals were synthesized via the hydrothermal synthesis manner from CaO and SiO 2 as the raw materials with their Si/Ca molar ratio of 1.0. Hydrothermal synthesis dynamics of nanoscale xonotlite fibers was explored by masterly measuring the electrical conductivities and the calcium concentrations of product slurries synthesized at various reaction temperature in this paper. The results indicated that the calculated values of the products’ quality at various reaction temperatures were consistent with the measured values. Based on chemical reaction kinetic, using fourth-order Runge-Kutta method, spline interpolation and least-squares fitting method, the dynamic relationship of xonotlite fibers synthesized via hydrothermal synthesis process is of ##IMG## [http://ej.iop.org/images/1757-899X/284/1/012021/MSE_284_1_ieqn1.gif] {$-{dc}_{A}/{dt}={kc}_{A}^{4/5}$} .

Description: The xonotlite crystals were synthesized via the hydrothermal synthesis manner from CaO and SiO 2 as the raw materials with their Si/Ca molar ratio of 1.0. Comparative dynamics analysis on xonotlite spherical particles synthesized via hydrothermal synthesis process was explored in this paper. The accuracy of the dynamic equation of xonotlite spherical particles was verified by two methods, one was comparing the production rate of the xonotlite products calculated by the dynamic equation with the experimental values, and the other was comparing the apparent activation energies calculated by the dynamic equation with that calculated by the Kondo model. The results indicated that the production rates of the xonotlite spherical particles calculated by the dynamic equation were in good agreement with the experimental values and the apparent activation energy of the xonotlite spherical particles calculated by dynamic equation (84 kJ·mol -1 ) was close to that calcula...

Description: Compared with traditional properties of building materials, 3D printing materials should have controllable setting time, appropriate workability and superior mechanical properties. Adaptability of two types of cementitious system on the 3D printing were investigated in this paper. Results showed that both of them can match of 3D printing process with the working window time required (10-90min) by using the compound adjustable solidification agents, which have the high mechanical properties (3d⩾30MPa, 28d〉 63MPa), and appropriate suitable parameter range of fluidity (R-SAC:210-240mm,P.O:200-220mm).

Description: Influences of nature Particle, size, grain shape and fineness modulus of fine aggregates on the 3D printing performance of cement-based mortar were investigated. Results showed that the working performance of the mortar is not only dependent on the fineness of the aggregate, but also the gradation and grain size of the aggregate. And the mechanical properties of the mortar are increasing with the increase of Mx in the same test condition. The research shows that it is effective to choose different properties of materials for different design requirements, and the fluidity of mortar must be decreased under assuring construction quality and the pumpability of 3D printing materials.
