    Description: Various types of SiC such as nanowires, thin films, foam, and continuous fibers have been developed since the early 1980s, and their applications have been expanded into several new applications, such as for gas-fueled radiation heater, diesel particulate filter (DPF), ceramic fiber separators and catalyst/catalyst supports include for the military, aerospace, automobile and electronics industries. For these new applications, high specific surface area is demanded and it has been tried by reducing the diameter of SiC fiber. Furthermore, functional nanocomposites show potentials in various harsh environmental applications.     Description: Driven-dissipative quantum many-body systems have attracted increasing interest in recent years as they lead to novel classes of quantum many-body phenomena. In particular, mean-field calculations predict limit cycle phases, slow oscillations instead of stationary states, in the long-time limit for a number of driven-dissipative quantum many-body systems. Using a cluster mean-field and a self-consistent Mori projector approach, we explore the persistence of such limit cycles as short range quantum correlations are taken into account in a driven-dissipative Heisenberg model.

    Description: The intertidal zone, a change zone of land and sea interaction, has abundant land reserves, tourism and other resources, which has a location advantage of great engineering construction in China’s coastal areas and thus is very important to investigate and monitor the topography of the tidal zone and also keep track of its topographic changes. In this study, the new section of the Bohai sea coastal zone from Nanpu to Tianjin Bohai sea area has been chosen as an example. Based on the terrain feature of the information expressed by the multi-period remote sensing image information and the tidal water level information as well as the tidal data acquisition time in the remote sensing image data, we have been calculated the water line (or edge point) digital elevation topography inversion analysis, and also constructed the digital terrain elevation model, and most importantly have provided a kind of quantitative method to get tidal zone (tide beach) terrain information.

    Description: The field-effect transistors (FETs) have attracted much attention because of the unique properties of the layered MoS 2 nanosheet as an ideal channel material. The phototransistors based on the MoS 2 FET have advantages of high photoresponsivity, rapid and stable response. This paper is concerned with the fabrication of bilayer MoS 2 based FET and the research on the photoelectric characteristics of the devices. The effect of the optical power and gate voltage on the photoelectric properties of the device was researched through the contrast experiments. It has been achieved that the photocurrent increases with the increase of optical power at the same gate voltage and drain voltage. The photoresponsivity also been enhanced with the gate voltage increased. And the photoresponsivity of bilayer MoS 2 FET was enhanced more than 100 folds by using MoS 2 /MoO 3 as the channel material. The results indicated that the MoS 2

    Description: A simple locally-sintered process for realizing rear point contacts of the Passivated emitter and rear cells, of which rear surface is passivated by Al 2 O 3 /SiN x double layers, is demonstrated in this paper. As compared to conventional cells passivated by aluminium back surface field, the cells show higher open circuit voltage and short circuit current. The sintering effect on the final passivation quality of stacks Al 2 O 3 /SiN x during the sintering process is investigated and discussed in detail.

    Description: In order to ensure that the smart grid backbone communication network architecture model has a good universality, a two-layer QoS (Quality of Service) optimization modelling method of the backbone communication networks for power protection services is proposed. Firstly, taking the communication network capacity as a constraint, the minimum value of time-QoS of the system protection service is the optimization goal, and a two-layer capacity optimization model of service quality assurance is constructed. Secondly, the optimization model is simplified and a simulation experiment is designed. The validity of the proposed method is verified by numerical examples. The simulation results of the optical layer and the electrical layer satisfy the power system protection time delay specified in the power system protocol should meet the requirement of less than 50 ms.

    Description: In this study, hydrogeochemical and stable environmental isotopic (oxygen-18 and deuterium) data of groundwater in the Horgos River watershed in the north-western Ili Basin were examined to determine the groundwater chemical characteristics, as well as the origins of the groundwater and surface water. The quaternary aquifer's structure and spatial distribution is complex. Hydrogeochemical data shows that the groundwater is alkaline due to the presence of bicarbonate as the dominant anion. In the north, the dominant groundwater cation was Ca 2+ while Mg 2+ ions were highest in the south. In addition, water types varied from HCO 3 -SO 4 -Ca and HCO 3 -SO 4 -Ca-Mg to HCO 3 -SO 4 -Mg-Ca and SO 4 -HCO 3 -Mg-Ca. Overall, the groundwater in this study showed high total hardness.     Description: The influence of the future climate change to the water resource will directly pose some impact on the watershed management planning and administrative strategies of Shiyang River Basin. With the purpose of exploring the influence of climate change to the runoff, this paper set Shiyang River as the study area and then established a SWAT basin hydrological model based on the data such as DEM, land use, soil, climate hydrology and so on. Besides, algorithm of SUFI2 embedded in SWAT-CUP software is adopted. The conclusion shows that SWAT Model can simulate the runoff process of Nanying River well. During the period of model verification and simulation, the runoff Nash-Sutcliffe efficient coefficient of the verification and simulation is 0.76 and 0.72 separately.     Description: For coal-fired power plants, the application of blended coal combustion has been a great issue due to the shortage and rising prices of high-rank coal. This paper describes the optimization of blending methods between Xing'an lignite coal, Shaltala lignite coal, Ura lignite coal, and Inner Mongolia bituminous coal. The multi-objective decision-making method based on fuzzy mathematics was used to determine the optimal blending ratio to improve the power plant coal-fired economy.
