    Notizen: Purpose - To develop a methodology to augment enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems with the discrete event simulation's inherent ability to handle the uncertainties. Design/methodology/approach - The ERP system still contains and uses the material requirements planning (MRP) logic as its central planning function. As a result, the ERP system inherits a number of shortcomings associated with the MRP system, including unrealistic lead-time determination. The developed methodology employs bi-directional feedback between the non-stochastic ERP system and the discrete event simulation model until a set of converged lead times is determined. Findings - An example of determining realistic production lead-time data in the ERP system is presented to illustrate how such a marriage can be achieved. Research limitations/implications - The research demonstrates that the limited planning functionality of the ERP system can be complemented by external system such as discrete event simulation models. The specific steps developed for this research can be adopted for other enhancements in different but comparable situations. Practical implications - The organizations who have been using the discrete event simulation in their planning and decision-making processes can integrate their simulation models and the ERP system following the steps presented in this paper. The ideas in this paper can be used to look for automatic data collection process to update or build the simulation models. Originality/value - The ERP implementation is a significant investment for any corporation. Once the ERP implementation is completed successfully, the corporations must look for ways to maximally return on their investment. The research results may be used to enhance the implemented ERP systems or to fully utilize the capabilities in a corporation.

    Beschreibung: This study aims to describe learning activities, to analyze students ‘ability to complete worksheets, and to analyze students’ generic science skills during the determination of based mineral water chloride content.The Mohr method is an argentometric titration that can be applied to the determination of the mineral water chloride content. Inquiry Guided Laboratory can be used as an alternative learning model to develop generic science skills of students. IGL adopt learning cycle stages consisting of orientation, exploration, concept discovery, application and finality. Subjects of this study are 57 student of Chemistry Analytical students. The research design used is classroom research.     Beschreibung: The research was conducted to study the activity and synergism of indigenous halotolerant phosphorizobacteria. Three selected isolates (K5, TR-C2, CLR-A) isolated from different saline soil ecosystem were tested to find out the synergism of each isolate and its ability in P solubilizing. The experiment was arranged as randomize complete design, consisted of seven treatments and provided with four replications. Synergism test was carried out using filter paper disc method. The filter paper disc (d = 5 mm) were soaked in each suspension of selected isolates and stick onto NA plate media directly for single isolate treatments (B, C, D), while combined isolate treatments (E, F, G) were spread first against another isolate according to its treatments. Each treatments were incubated for 72 h at 30°C then inhibition zone was observed.     Beschreibung: This study aims to synthesize zinc nanoparticles using Indonesian velvet bean ( Mucuna pruriens ) seed extract and evaluate its potency in lowering catalepsy in mice. The research conducted consist of extraction of M. pruriens seed powder, synthesis of zinc- M. pruriens seed extract nanoparticles (Zn-MPn), characterization of Zn-MPn, and catalepsy test of Zn-MPn. M. pruriens seed powder was extracted by maceration using ethanol-water (1:1) at p H 3 adjusted with citric acid. The Zn-MPn was synthesized by reacting zinc acetate dihydrate (Zn(CH 3 COO 2 ) 2 .2H 2 O) solution with M. pruriens seed extract for 40 min, dispersibility of the reaction was controlled by using sonication and ultrasonic homogenizer.
