    Description: Generative adversarial networks are currently used to solve various problems and are one of the most popular models. Generator and discriminator are characteristics of continuous game process in training. While improving the quality of generated pictures, it will also make it difficult for the loss function to be stable, and the training speed will be extremely slow compared with other methods. In addition, since the generative adversarial networks directly learns the data distribution of samples, the model will become uncontrollable and the freedom of the model will become too large when the original data distribution is constantly approximated. A new transfer learning training idea for the unsupervised generation model is proposed based on the generation network. The decoder of trained variational autoencoders is used as the network architecture and parameters to generative adversarial network generator. In addition, the standard normal distribution is obtained by sampling and then input into the model to control the degree of freedom of the model. Finally, we evaluated our method on using the MNIST, CIFAR10, and LSUN datasets. The experiment shows that our proposed method can make the loss function converge as quickly as possible and increase the model accuracy.

    Description: With the exponentially increasing volume of XML data, centralized learning solutions are unable to meet the requirements of mining applications with massive training samples. In this paper, a solution to distributed learning over massive XML documents is proposed, which provides distributed conversion of XML documents into representation model in parallel based on MapReduce and a distributed learning component based on Extreme Learning Machine for mining tasks of classification or clustering. Within this framework, training samples are converted from raw XML datasets with better efficiency and information representation ability and taken to distributed learning algorithms in Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) feature space. Extensive experiments are conducted on massive XML documents datasets to verify the effectiveness and efficiency for both classification and clustering applications.

    Description: A simple, sensitive, and specific method for furosemide (FUR) analysis by reverse-phase-HPLC was developed using a Spherisorb C18 ODS 2 column. A chromatographic analysis was carried out using a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 10 mM potassium phosphate buffer solution: 70 : 30 (v/v) at pH 3.85, at a flow rate of 1 mL·min−1. The UV-detection method was carried out at 233 nm at room temperature. Validation parameters including limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantitation (LOQ), linearity range, precision, accuracy, robustness, and specificity were investigated. Results indicated that the calibration curve was linear () in the range of 5.2 to 25,000 ng·mL−1, with ε value equal to  L·M−1·cm−1. The LOD and LOQ were found to be 5.2 and 15.8 ng·mL−1, respectively. The developed method was found to be accurate (RSD less than 2%), precise, and specific with an intraday and interday RSD range of 1.233–1.509 and 1.615 to 1.963%. The stability of native FUR has also been performed in simulated perilymph and endolymph media (with respective potency in each medium of % and %, ) after 6 hours. This method may be routinely used for the quantitative analysis of FUR from nanocarriers, USP tablets and release media related to hearing research

    Description: Large-scale wireless sensor networks (WSNs) have demonstrated some complex features which are similar to those of other types of complex networks, such as social networks. Based on these complex features, evolution process and characteristic of WSNs, we represent a WSN topologically by building a suitable model, which is named as the reliability-oriented local-area model (ROLM) and aimed at improving the performance of WSNs. For analyzing the performance of the ROLM, we define the reliability as the probability of that the relative error between the measurement and the true value is equal to or less than    and proposed a parameter to measure the reliability of the network. Based on them, we use to analyze the influence of network structure on the reliability, and compared the reliabilities of the ROLM and the existing WSNs. Experiment results prove that the large-scale WSN follows a power-law distribution, and it has scale-free characteristic and small world characteristic. And it also shows that, comparing with existing model, ROLM not only balances energy consumption by limiting the connectivity of each node to prolong the lifetime of the network, but also improves the reliability substantially. And the ROLM can be used to express the topology of reliability-oriented WSNs and analyze the structure preferably.

    Description: With the development of wireless mesh networks and distributed computing, lots of new P2P services have been deployed and enrich the Internet contents and applications. The rapid growth of P2P flows brings great pressure to the regular network operation. So the effective flow identification and management of P2P applications become increasingly urgent. In this paper, we build a multilevel bloom filters data structure to identify the P2P flows through researches on the locality characteristics of P2P flows. Different level structure stores different numbers of P2P flow rules. According to the characteristics values of the P2P flows, we adjust the parameters of the data structure of bloom filters. The searching steps of the scheme traverse from the first level to the last level. Compared with the traditional algorithms, our method solves the drawbacks of previous schemes. The simulation results demonstrate that our algorithm effectively enhances the performance of P2P flows identification. Then we deploy our flow identification algorithm in the traffic monitoring sensors which belong to the network traffic monitoring system at the export link in the campus network. In the real environment, the experiment results demonstrate that our algorithm has a fast speed and high accuracy to identify the P2P flows; therefore, it is suitable for actual deployment.

    Description: The first-order differential equation of the seismic active earth pressure is established by horizontal slices analysis method, based on the elastic wave theory, with the summarized dynamic analysis model of the reinforced retaining wall and the plane of fracture assumed as linear type. And then this paper proposes a time-frequency analysis method for the internal antiseismic stability analysis on the retaining wall. The reasonability of this method is verified by the results from other methods, for example, rule. The internal frictional angle of filling earth, the seismic intensity, and the frequency of the input earthquake wave have a predominant effect on the needed total tensile force of the lacing wires, which shows that (1) the needed total tensile force of the lacing wires goes up with the increase of the PGA and the internal frictional angle; (2) the needed total tensile force of the expandability lacing wires is bigger than that of the nonexpandability lacing wires; (3) the needed total tensile force of lacing wires is saddle distributed and the force achieves maximum value when the frequency of input wave equals the natural frequency of reinforced retaining wall. Besides, if the reinforced retaining wall is designed in compliance with the rules, the emergency capacity of reinforced retaining wall is reduced. At last, this paper not only takes into account the effect of three factors of the seismic wave (PGA, frequency, and duration) on the internal antiseismic stability analysis of reinforced retaining wall but also provides some valuable references for the time-frequency seismic design of other retaining structures.

    Description: For the Steklov eigenvalue problem, we establish a type of multigrid discretizations based on the fixed-shift inverse iteration and study in depth its a priori/a posteriori error estimates. In addition, we also propose an adaptive algorithm on the basis of the a posteriori error estimates. Finally, we present some numerical examples to validate the efficiency of our method.

    Description: Foggy images taken in the bad weather inevitably suffer from contrast loss and color distortion. Existing defogging methods merely resort to digging out an accurate scene transmission in ignorance of their unpleasing distortion and high complexity. Different from previous works, we propose a simple but powerful method based on histogram equalization and the physical degradation model. By revising two constraints in a variational histogram equalization framework, the intensity component of a fog-free image can be estimated in HSI color space, since the airlight is inferred through a color attenuation prior in advance. To cut down the time consumption, a general variation filter is proposed to obtain a numerical solution from the revised framework. After getting the estimated intensity component, it is easy to infer the saturation component from the physical degradation model in saturation channel. Accordingly, the fog-free image can be restored with the estimated intensity and saturation components. In the end, the proposed method is tested on several foggy images and assessed by two no-reference indexes. Experimental results reveal that our method is relatively superior to three groups of relevant and state-of-the-art defogging methods.

    Description: We propose a multilevel correction method for the convection-diffusion eigenvalue problems which is suitable for not only simple but also multiple eigenvalues. And we prove that the accuracy of resulting eigenpair approximations can be improved after each correction step. The scheme is easy to realize with Matlab, and numerical results are satisfactory.

    Description: Bank crisis is grabbing more serious attention as several financial turmoils have broken out in the past several decades, which leads to a number of researches in this field. Comparing with researches carried out on basis of degree distribution in complex networks, this paper puts forward a mathematical model constructed upon dynamic systems, for which we mainly focus on the stability of critical point. After the model is constructed to describe the evolution of the banking market system, we devoted ourselves to find out the critical point and analyze its stability. However, to refine the stability of the critical point, we add some impulsive terms in the former model. And we discover that the bank crisis can be controlled according to the analysis of equilibrium points of the modified model, which implies the interference from outside may modify the robustness of the bank network.
