Conclusions 1. To reduce the warpage of billers and parts of alloy V95, the following heat treating technology can be recommended: a) Preliminary surface anodizing of parts to a 5–50 μ thickness; b) solution heating to 465–480°C; c) quenching in water at 80–85°C; d) aging at 135–145°C/16 hrs; e) removal of the anodic coating. 2. A gradual increase of the immersion rate of the parts into the quenching tank up to the speed of the free-falling body results in a decrease of warpage irrespective of the temperature of the cooling liquid.
