SrAs2S4 (a = 5,404 ± 5 Å) and Cu2SnSe4 (a = 5,690 ± 2 Å) have the sphalerite structure. In addition, AgAsS2, Cu3AsS4, CuSbS2, Cu3SbS4, AgSbS2, Pb7Sb12S25 as well as CuBiS2, AgBiS2, PbBi2S4 and Cu3Bi5S9 have been obtained. No compounds MI2WS4 could be obtained.
Notes:
SrAs2S4 (a = 5,404 ± 5 Å) und Cu2SnSe4 (a = 5,690 ± 2 Å) kristallisieren im Zinkblendetyp. Ferner wurden dargestellt: AgAsS2, Cu3AsS4, CuSbS2, Cu3SbS4, AgSbS2, Pb7Sb12S25 sowie CuBiS2, AgBiS2, PbBi2S4 und Cu3Bi5S9. Verbindungen vom TypMI2WS4 wurden nicht erhalten.
