Abstract Spectra of electrons scattered from a 91.7% enriched13C target were measured for primary energies between 36 and 65 MeV and scattering angles between 1050 and 1650. For levels at 3.08, 3.69, 6.85, 7.54, 8.86, 9.90, 11.07, 11.80 and 15.11 MeV excitation energy, partial ground state radiative widths or monopole matrix elements, respectively, and transition radii were obtained. Corrections from DWBA calculations were incorporated in the analysis. The excitation of levels at 3.85, 7.68, 7.83 and 10.86 MeV was also observed.
