    Notizen: Abstract A method of including the dynamical effects of the multipole vibrations is proposed. The influence of the collective ground state wave function of a nucleus on multipole moments and moments of inertia is analyzed for a few nuclei. Especially strong dynamical effects are noticed when the potential energies are obtained from the density dependent shell correction method as modified by the simple consistency condition.
